The unit is used but is in very nice shape overall there are signs of wear on the edges, but no damage, and all the lettering on the keyboard is still bold and strong. The ex word series is very well made and has many great reviews they usually sell for hundreds of dollars.
All in all it looks good. As far as I can tell the unit works well I don't read japanese however, so I can't get too far. I pack well and carefully. It takes 2 AA batteries not included.
