Not bad for a pocket computer that is 35 years old. Programs for other languages are added, I assume, via prom modules.

No corrosion. In addition, the article in the newspaper indicated that the unit could be used as a true pocket computer based on the type of prom and programming contained therein.

The unit has english and french language proms l1 and l2 but there are options to add another for l3 or l4 I have no idea where those would be obtained from as I think this is a very rare item, especially in this condition. This is a vintage english french and expandable to other languages translator. Perhaps museum quality offer includes amis MC400 unit english adapter batteries not included takes 4x AA buyer to pay shipping. In very good cosmetic condition, no cracks, battery door is complete.
